This notice explains how Kroni Systems (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it.
Who we are
Kroni Systems is an early-stage independent consultancy project operated by Lazarin Kroni. It is aimed at clients in the United Kingdom and Italy. Unless stated otherwise in writing, Kroni Systems is not presented as a limited company, VAT-registered business or Italian VAT-registered activity. Any formal tax, invoicing or business registration details will be provided when required and applicable.
Lazarin Kroni is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

What personal data we collect
When you use the contact form on this site or contact us by email, we may collect: your name, your work email address, your phone number, your organisation, and the message you send about your situation.
We do not ask for payment details, sensitive personal data or confidential business financial information through this website, and you should not include those details in your message.
Our hosting, security and form software may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps and spam-prevention signals.
Why we collect it
We use this data to respond to your enquiry, understand whether a conversation or diagnostic is relevant, keep a reasonable record of communications, protect the website and contact form from spam or abuse, and comply with legal obligations where they apply.
Our lawful basis is usually your consent when you submit the form or contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the website. If an enquiry later becomes a paid engagement, further processing may be necessary to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform that contract.

How long we keep it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
